Fundraisers |

| The PTO is not an organization that exists to raise money; however, we do have some fundraisers that are used to better the educational experience for our children by providing teachers with extra funds not in the school budget to buy additional materials for the classrooms. |

| We also use the funds to provide fun activities for the students such as Parties, awards for Outstanding Attendance, 5th Grade Graduation, Wildcat Awards, and the Breakfast with the Principal Program. We make sure that our playground is being maintained properly so that no child is hurt by damaged equipment or a lack of general maintenance. And the PTO sponsors the K-2 Basketball Program and helps provide organization to the upper grades basketball teams. These are just a few of the ways that the monies raised by the PTO are used. | |

support our school with everyday activities -- like buying groceries, shopping
online and making purchases with a credit card. Huntertown Elementary has set
the fundraising goal of $1,200 through Box Tops to be used for the literacy
program and book purchases.
