| Everybody Reads© is a community-wide program aimed at increasing literacy in Allen County. Funded by a grant from the Lilly Endowment, Inc., the "ER" project focuses on children ages birth through third grade, the prime years for learning! Parents, caregivers, teachers and the entire community are involved in the effort to improve reading skills in Allen County youngsters. |
